Frida Mom2-in-1 Postpartum Pads, Absorbent Perineal Ice Maxi Pads, Instant Cold Therapy Packs and Maternity Pad in One

These are my favorite piece of my postpartum care regimen. I bought whole Friday Mom system. Postpartum after my first pregnancy was rough and looking back I wish I would’ve taken better care of myself during the healing process. I decided to go all out with my second. These pads are really pretty absorbent and I found they stay cool far beyond 20 minutes. I also had Lisinoh frozen pad sickles and found them to be painfully cold. I may move them from the freezer to the fridge to use the rest of them up, but I much prefer these. The cover on them is very soft and smooth. They are cool almost instantly after you pop them. Be sure to shake them up and even out the contents throughout the pad. I gave birth four days ago and already 90% of my swelling is gone. Amazing!!!!

Great product and easy to use. Most convenient because they don’t require freezing. The product doesn’t stay cold for long but is great for those limited in mobility unable to make frequent trips to the freezer.

So I’m giving them 5 stars because they are a really good product and easy to use. It’s a lot better than having to make your own frozen ones or even make them out of diapers. But personally I didn’t really need them, I was actually more uncomfortable with the cold feeling. But I like how you’re able to load up all the other products they offer ontop of it. My only complaint is how bulky they are. But I ended up only using a couple and agave away the rest to other postpartum moms I have in my life and they loved them. So overall a good product, just isn’t for everyone.

The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even when you're not feeling your best. These pads are definitely on the thicker side, but the instant relief they provide makes the bulkiness worth it. Absolutely amazing I brought two packs of these because of how comfortable n cooling they were. My first 2 weeks these were the most helpful product I had! I love that they are super heavy or so cold that it hurts its the perfect amount of soothing coolness i absolutely loved it!

While they are a bit on the expensive side, I found that when I did need them, they were incredibly helpful. The combination of absorbent perineal pads and the instant cold therapy packs provided much-needed relief. The cold therapy felt soothing, and it was so nice to have everything in one pad. My only issue was that the cooling effect didn’t last as long as I would’ve liked, so I had to switch them out a bit more frequently than expected. I didn’t end up using all of them, but the ones I did use made a big difference during my recovery. If you're willing to splurge, they’re definitely worth trying!

These were such a blessing after my hysterectomy/reconstructive surgery. Make sure you follow directions and bend package till you hear the pop, shake shake shake then sit. Gives me a nice comfortable cooling effect for 20-30min on my perineum stitches. One of the best post opt purchases I made. Pair with the frida postpardum underwear. I've used many products and frida is far superior and more comfortable. Worth the investment.
