Balzano ZZJ827M 180-Watt Cold Press Slow Juicer (Red)

The media could not be loaded. The 180W Balzano Slow Juicer was a perfect one in my perspective for juicing vegetables and fruits at a slow rpm. It does not only make juice, it can also make smoothies or grind vegetables into a paste.What I got in the box and other details ?=================================}-- The 180W slow juicer unit and its' polycarbonate BPA free transparent parts which were quite strong}-- 2 stainless steel filter attachments - for juicer and for ice-cream/smoothie}-- cleaning brush}-- The motor is a powerful 180W motor, much better than the 150W model. 5 years warranty.}-- There was 2 jars, 1L measured jar for collecting juice and another jar for collecting pulp}-- The length of the wire was 1m, could have been a bit longer.}-- The socket was Indian 2 pin but a strong one.}-- The base of the juicer had been rubberized for good grip}-- The feeding tube that is a bit narrow}-- The knob has function for on/off and reverse. The reverse can be used if i'ts stuck but till now it never happened for me.}-- The flowing tubes for juice and pulp has rubberized stopper so juice is less exposed to air to prevent oxidation and preserving nutrients.My Experience with juicing and making smoothie========================================}-- First I tried to do orange juice which does not really need big power. The juicer was good and the pulp was squeezed well. I did try to squeeze the pulp again to test how much juice might be extracted the second time but it was less. So the first squeeze itself did a good job.}-- Next I tried to make carrot juice which requires more power. Though instructions said vegetables or fruits should be cut into 2cm thickness, I just slit the carrot into 2 vertically and tried to make the juice and it did a very good job with the big pieces too. Got carrot juice well grinded and the juice was thick but not pulpy.}-- The pulp was well separated from the juice and both came out in the respective containers. The speeds of the spinner was 55rpm which is perfect.}-- Next I tried the ice-cream attachment filter which is actually a filter for making fruits and vegetables into a smoothie consistency. I tried mango and got it into a smooth paste, added some cream milk and yes was able to make an ice-cream. But even better it is helping us a lot with making vegetables and fruit paste from boiled vegetables that we were able to give our infant, so it was helping better in making baby food rather than ice-cream.My overall view=============}-- Assembling: The assembling was very simple. But initially I did a mistake of attaching them without noticing the arrow marks and the unit didn't start and though it might be defective but called the customer support and got instructions on how to fix and then it started.}-- Cleaning: Though it said autocleaning, I wasn't impressed with the autocleaning as I need to use water atleast 3 times to completely clean the unit using autocleaning and the pulp that's stuck has to be anyway cleaned manually. I prefer to clean the unit manually as it was quicker and much cleaner. Since there was only 4 parts that needs to be removed manual cleaning was easier.}-- Noise: The noise was very less not sure in decibels but while running the slow juicer it never disturbed anyone and people in other room were not able to hear it.}-- Feeding: Whole fruits cannot be inserted and fruits and vegetables needs to be cut. I wouldn't want a whole apple or orange to be inserted for juicing without removal of seeds, so I was okay with the narrow feeding nozzle.I only wish the autocleaning was better. If water gets forcefully flushed through some means then auto-cleaning would have been better but for now auto-cleaning means just water circulating though the juicing parts and flushing them. And the instructions manual could have been better.There is no service centres but I was able to get quick support through whatsapp and phone for my initial assembling and I also got to know in case of issues they do a home pickup.The quality of the juice produced was good and the motor was definitely efficient as it did not heat up upon multiple continuous operations and considering the price this Balzano slow juicer 180 W, in my perspective this is very good juicer.

Bolzano mixer is a nice sturdy product!! Certainly premium priced but looks like value for money!! From the moment I started using it, I was impressed by the efficiency and performance of this blender. The 1200-watt motor effortlessly blends fruits, and ice into smooth and creamy concoctions. It leaves no chunks behind, ensuring a silky-smooth texture every time.Cleaning is a breeze too. The jars and blades are detachable and dishwasher safe, making cleanup quick and hassle-free. The compact design of the blender also means it takes up minimal counter space, a big plus for those with limited kitchen space.

Product is not much heavy and very portable in its size and shape. It occupies lesser space in my kitchen area compare to my previous Philips juicer. It is very efficient in extracting the juices from wide varieties of fruits and vegetables. It makes very less to almost no sound while operating and extracts the juice slowly without crushing the seeds and changing the juice temperature. After 1.5 years of use its performance is still same as it was at day 1 when it arrived to our doorsteps. Its easy to clean and rinse even after multiple times of uses. The product comes in complete set of accessories needed to extract and store the juice. The juicer looks very nice in red color with matte finish.The only thing which seems to be missing is that, the juice sieve and juice container lid was not given along with the product. It might be available with the other models of the same brand. However the issue is manageable.

Now it's been more than 3 months of usage of this product. It's a great addition to your kitchen hands down and surprisingly at a reasonable rate given the make quality.It's a silent machine and very effective.It's not a free flowing juice output but a consistent thik juice from this machine thereby giving all required nutrients. Cleaning is also easy and quick.Very safe as it won't work till it's fully closed or locked.Great design and attractive colour.Highly recommended product!!I am fully staisfied

The media could not be loaded. If you are looking for a Juicer, this is not the one at all. It can easily be termed a Grinder. I can confidently say that I repent the purchase, more so as I bought it during the lockdown. After my initial use, I realized there is some issue with the piece or parts, as the juice would always come with a lot of pulp. In fact, there would hardly be any justice. This one claims 95% juice, but to me it is not more than 60% output. So I reached out to the seller’s Customer Care. After demonstrating the problem with a video, they sent me three replacement parts of Auger, Filter and Washing Rack. I was told me that the problem should be solved. After a long wait, I received the parts and hoped that this time the problem would be solved. But to my shock, the problem has persisted and even then I got the same load of massive pulp and barely any juice (see the video). I posted the same issue along with the video to the WhatsApp Number of the seller’s Customers Care yet again. To my disappointment, I have never heard back again from them again. This so-called juicer is being sold as some Italian design. Honestly, it is TOTALLY WORTHLESS!!! You will repent spending on it. In fact, I am happy with my 10-year old Prestige Mixer Grinder Juicer that’s a lot efficient.

After one month of use, I can finally review confidently. It is a good juicer. Assembling is easy and cleaning too(like any other juicer). Get very good quality juice. I have tried almost all fruits, carrots, beets, green veggies and even almond nut milk too. The product built and the quality is decent. Even after the purchase, the customer care team follows up by enquiring about the product (Regarding any issues faced while using it). I bought it after a lot of research in my budget. Great product in this range. Occupies very little space in the kitchen.
