Plug it and you can directly measured nuclear radiation.Features: For the detection of 20mR/h ~ 120mR/h of gamma rays and 100 ~ 1800 off variables / points of the soft beta ray. Sound and light alarm. Interrupt the output interface, through this interface can be connected to the microcontroller and then displayed on the LCD. Supports most of the Geiger tube: M4011, STS-5, SBM20, J305, etc. (the 330~600V operating voltage of the Geiger tube can be supported). Support the computer (PC) data acquisition, Matlab analysis and processing.Specifications: Geiger tube parameters: Technical parameters diameter: Φ10±0.5mm Total length: 90±2mm Starting voltage: < 350V Recommended operating voltage: 380V Minimum plateau length: 80V Maximum plateau slope: 10%/80V Extreme operating voltage: 550V The maximum count rate: 25 times / min Life: > 1 x 10^9 pulse Medium temperature: -40 ~ 55 ℃ Item size: 118 * 63mm / 4.6 * 2.5in Package size: 130 * 80 * 50mm / 5.1 * 3.1 * 2.0in Package weight: 150g / 5.3ouncePackage list: 1 x Assembled Radiation Detector System

Very insensitive - could be faulty?
When connected to power this clicks very infrequently and seems far less sensitive than other Geiger counters I have used. I suppose it's to do with the tube used but as there are no instructions whatsoever I don't know if I could adjust the voltage to increase sensitivity. (If I understand Geiger Mueller tubes correctly they either strike or not, so probably not possible to adjust). I do have test sources in particular gas lamp mantles and these make it click a bit but as I say I wouldn't want to trust my life to this unit. Really disappointed.

Seems to work as advertised
Seems to work as advertised. Detects the harmless background radiation. I don't have any bigger sources to check so I'm not sure how sensitive it is.One thing to be weary of is that the geiger tube is barely long enough to slot into the slots on the board. It looks like the tube should be 5mm longer in order to have a more snug fit. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. So if you're planning on moving this thing around a lot it may slide out. So far it hasn't though.

True random number generator.
Connected it directly to an interrupt pin on an ESP32 and now I have a random number generator.

Zero Instructions
Rubbish. Tube doesn’t fit board connectors as they’re too wide apart. Zero instructions and a QR that doesn’t work. Checking their website gives zero results. I don’t even know what voltage is required let alone how it actually works.
