We love this horseradish and already reordered 2 bottles.. so fresh, hot and spicy.

Why does this manufacture of horseradish have a weak plastic cap that leaks every time they ship it.Also suppose to be refrigerated at all times, it arrived super hot like it was in Death Valley for a week.I opened it up and it smelled and tasted rotten.Avoid this brand at all cost.I got refunded just because of a plastic cap that puffed up and leaked and product is unrefrigerated, why not use a sealed metal cap instead ? How hard is that? Comes with a glass jar, but a plastic stupid leaking cap. Why???

This is the best horseradish that I’ve ever had.It is a staple in our household. I like homemade items so I make homemade cocktail sauce.This horseradish will fool you. It is EXTRA spicy. When you add this to your food, it doesn’t seem that hot. However, after I’ve made my cocktail sauce, the next day it is as hot as fire.It helps my allergies so much because it clears my sinuses. So not only is this delicious, it’s also medicinal.I highly recommend this horseradish to horseradish lovers everywhere.

I really love horseradish and 9 out of 10 times I am disappointed in the product. I like my horseradish hot with a good kick. St Elmo's is one of the best I had in a long, long time. Comparable to a good restaurant horseradish. It arrived well wrapped and packaged so as not to break. Arrived fast and I have enjoyed it. Ordered it several times now and I will order it again, and again, and again.

The product is tasty, but I was expecting it to be a lot spicier based on the description.

My local grocery had stopped carrying decent horseradish, which I use to make my own seafood cocktail sauce. I had been unable to find anything suitable for years. I finally decided to turn to Amazon, and to my amazement and deep satisfaction, they had just what I was looking for. It delivers on its promise of hot — just right for me. See if you agree. And one more thing: it’s simple to make your own seafood cocktail sauce. All it takes is ketchup and horseradish. Add enough to lighten the color of the ketchup and then and add to suit your taste. Lemon pepper is also a good additive, as is just lemon juice itself.

We purchase St. Elmo’s horseradish when we were in town, but frequently have to order because we were out of state. Great product. Amazing restaurant.This order was disappointing. Bottles had leaked,though cap heat seal wraps were intact. Perhaps because of hot summer weather. Unfortunate, but will continue to order. Hands-down—the best horseradish we have ever used.

Would have gave it 4 stars. Have bought it before and liked it a lot, but with the broken seal and unable to return it its no use to me and a waste of money. Won't buy from them again.
