I've tried other taurine producers, and of them all, this is the brand that seems to be the most consistent as well as not having any odd odors (one of the other company's taurine offering had a very...unique...smell--not this brand though, which I definitely appreciate. Would recommend.

My doctor added these to my supplement regimen. I assume they help me sleep because I take them right before bed. I do feel more rested but it's hard to separate the effect of these from the other supplements I take.

This product was recommended by my naturopath for central nervous system support, and I have used it daily for the past several months. It has allowed me to wean off of a prescription medication without a hitch (ymmv, please consult your own doctor). It has helped me stay seizure-free without causing any side effects. It is one of the few supplements that I consider an essential part of my treatment plan.

So far I like the product. I cannot tell you if it's working yet, but I can say that it doesn't upset my stomach. This company third party tests their supplements and they use minimal filler. I use a couple of their other products and believe they are also of high quality.
