Product is fine, but looks a bit "off"
Everything about it is fine, but somehow the balance is off. I love the 4 and 5 light ones, but the arms on this one are just too high, and it really is impossible, after hours and hours and printing out the photo, to get it together right, and it just doesn't look "right". There's nothing wrong with the glass or crystals (though it would look better if the crystals were switched out with better ones from ebay for another 20-30 bucks), there is NO PLASTIC, somehow it just looks a bit strange. WARNING, chain and cord are very short -- same for all of them
