I've used a number of different rain ponchos before, but these have a nice elastic closure at the wrists and a drawstring around the hood. If you're careful, you can fold it back up neatly after being used, and save it in a small zip-top bag. These are great!

These are different than the other cheap ones I've used. There's actual elastic in the sleeves and neck that make it much more useful when active (though a bit more difficult to put on). They can be reused as well.

I read the reviews before buying, but I knew I wanted to have this handy in case it rained. I bought these for a friend and I to take on a recent trip, and they worked perfectly. It tore while trying to remove it, but kept us dry as advertised. Very happy I got them, because it rained the morning of our tour. Our feet were soaked but the rest of us plus our bag packs stayed dry. I'm 1.69m tall, and my friend is about 1.72m, and we're both heavy set, the ponchos covered us perfectly with room to spare. If you are average size and height, they'll do the trick in a pinch, just don't expect to use them more than once.

Purchased these for a college football game that was predicted to rain the entire time. They folded nice and small and fit nicely into my purse. Didn't need to put them on until we started walking to our car. Its nice that they are almost like a garbage bag with a hood and arms, because once the wind picked up it stayed in place. We then put the rest of them in the glove compartments of our cars for future use.

I purchased these for my friend and I after we did a 5k during the pouring rain. We keep them in our drawstring bags just in case.Sure enough our next 5k began to rain as well. We were excited to have these to keep us dry.Best part was the elastic wrists which enabled our wrist trackers to stay dry as well. Also, the drawstring hoods were perfect to keep hood in place.The sun came back out and we took off the ponchos then tucked them away in our bags. You could use them more than once. Mine was intact but my friend ripped hers getting if off as she got it caught on something she had on.

Have tried various styles from cheap $1 ones to the theme park $10 ones, and these are the best I have found. Sleeves with elastic cuffs lets you move freely and raise arms above your shoulders without rain running inside. Drawstring hood keeps it in place when the wind starts blowing - again keeping rain out. An great bargain for a great product!

I purchased these for out upcoming Disney world trip. Living in FL I have learned to always have long poncho.I was unsure about these ones as they are not the open kind of poncho but the open ones tend to get you more wet if it is windy.These fit everyone in my family from 11-53 and we are not a stick family. I am sure these will help in keeping us dry should we get some rainy season rain this summer.
