I am a Physio and have been using loop bands since 8 years.At first other brand bands were very costly and in sets of 3 where as this set of bands are in set of 5 and well priced.I used it in many patients for knee and hip strengthing and the bands are of good quality.Also for people who dont know how to use these bands there is a manual that comes with it and its self explanatory.Will buy again .

Reviewing after a week use.Quality is good, infact better than I had expected.Length of band is almost 55 inch (without stretching) form both hand-grip to hand-gripHand-Grip (handle) provided with the band is excellent and makes your workout session more effective and comfortable.Would definately recommend the Red band for beginers for home workout, or for intermediate for pumping before going to beach or for a warmup before workout session.Almost all body part workout can be done through this resistance band (even legs), would definately recommend to check youtube videos on exercises on Resistance Band.Would advice to buy all three colors for people who are thinking of working out at home.And the best part its a way less space consuming and way less expensive than Dumbells, Specially, if you have kids at home, dumbells are just a accident waiting to happen.Final Verdict: Go for it, you wont regret it.... AND MAKE SOME GAINS ;)

it is uncomfortable to perform exercise except a few...Price must have been under 400.It is too costly...n delicate...Manufacturer n distributor should notice it

These are the awesome resistance bands. I love them because of their super quality and great elasticity.They came with five different strength. Me and my wife are using light, medium, heavy and extra heavy bands, while our son is comfortably using extra light and light bands. Moreover, we can carry it anywhere we go as it doesn’t need much space and it came with a nice small bag. We are mostly using for legs, arms exercise.Because of its affordable price and superior quality, this is a great investment of me. Highly recommended for daily use.

I am very well satisfied with the product. I never knew that such bands could help me to feel so much burn! I am surprised by how durable and elastic these bands are. Even after rigorous workout, I have noticed absolutely no tear at all! The product arrived in a small carry bag with 5 different strength bands. Each band has a different strength. They are approximately: Extra Light: 2-4 lbs; Light: 6-8 lbs; Medium: 10-12 lbs; Heavy: 15-20 lbs; Extra Heavy: 25-30 lbs (that's the personal assumptions as it is not indicated on the band)s. I will recommend to start with a lower strength band and then when it will be easy for you, go for the stronger ones. The product comes with a user manual too, which has proper workouts instruction for different part of the body. Extremely good quality bands for this price. 100% recommend this product to any beginner or expert!

the pack consists of 5 band and a carrying pouch..each band has a designated capacity and are marked accordingly from x-light to x- heavy..this difference is there because each band have different function..for example x-heavy is the toughest one and are meant to be used by trained person..and x-light one are meant to be used for rehab,like people who have suffered from paralysis...i have a paralysis patient in my home itself and the x-light and light bands are very useful for her..it helps to keep her falling leg in position while exercising on bed...and is also excellent for strengthening exercises of arms..you can follow the instructions given on product page for better understanding on how to use these bandsthe bands quality is very good and they seems to have long durability..overall these bands have served my purpose and i would definitely ask others to try it once..

Comes in an attractive small carry pouch in which all 5 bands can fit easily and it can be even slipped in your pant pockets.The resistance and tension are available at 5 different levels and bright pop colors. Both me and my wife use these with the last 2 tension bands used by me.Its durable and fairly thich. I habe been using these for over 2 weeks now. Recommend a youtube view of what all excercises are possible with these wonderful bands.

I love being fit, this band is helpful for those people who cannot hit gyn regularly or don't have time for body. You don't need weights to built muscle as band can make wonder. We can easily do pushup, crunches and bicep curl with this band anywhere anytime. Quality is too good and very stretchable as it supposed to be.
