the perfect resistance
These are exactly what I needed. I have 2 other sets, but they have such little resistance that I didnt feel that I was getting much of a workout. These are just right. I have started water aerobics in my pool, because other exercise hurts my knees. I have found so many ways to use these, and can feel my muscles working. Water workouts are not just for seniors.
