Gorgeous
Marvellous flour.That's the creation I managed to get with it!Will try different flours because this one is pretty dear for a kg but will consider to come back whether I won't obtain the same sort or result.It was lovely lovely pizza.Ps. Top tip coming from South of Italy. Spread your crust with a little tomato blended with water to give it a good taste and avoid having it too bland.Enjoy! 😁

Wonderful stuff
Fantastic stuff, lovely for focaccia and wonderfully soft and neutral flavour that makes it good for many, many things.A little expensive, but you don't get this quality from anywhere else.Seriously give this one a go if you want to try Italian cooking - it works wonderfully and quite easy to use for anything Italian

Nice pizza flour
very good, but quite expensive. Better than the Waitrose 01? not sure it is for the price. Sorry, unless the price is cheaper in future I would probably not buy again.

Pizza heaven
I originally bought one bag and found it the perfect flour for pizza. Well it does say that in the description but you never can tell! However, when I went to reorder I found you had to now buy 3 packets and not just a single bag. Am I bothered? NO! By the way half a bag made 2 large pizzas

Great product - consistent
Really like Caputo flours: bread flour, pizza flour and this one - hard to beat and not too pricey. At least you can get these products through Amazon when the supermarkets in NE Scotland don't have any flour on their shelves!

Crispy Pizza
I bought this product after being told it didn’t shrink back when spreading out the dough, and it doesn't. It’s easy to handle, crisps up lovely and has a good taste. For me it’s the best flour for this purpose I have use in at least 5 years of trying to crack the thin and crispy pizza.

Love pizza then get this flour!
Makes the most fantastic pizzas every time, it may seem slightly pricy vs supermarket brands but this is the pizza flours of pizza flours!It breaks down cost wise to less than 50p a pizza for a 12 inch neapolitan style dough which you'll agree is nothing for the quality you get here.
