It works, but some of the buttons don't do what you expect, and some either do nothing or render the remote useless. Very disappointing.

This was bought to replace the Humax original which had failed. Of course, as soon as this replacement arrived it worked again. Clearly saw the writing on the wall! The new one is not of the same quality. The rubberised buttons are inclined to stick. It also has to point directly at the YouView box or it doesn’t connect.

It was a great item.I just ordered the wrong one. It was not suitable for my needs.I ended up purchasing the correct item.

The soft-touch buttons on my original had become very erratic but this works perfectly & it's a bit lighter than the original.
