Rage Fitness Slam Ball, Ideal for Cross Training, Core Exercises, Plyometric and Cardio Workouts

Good construction, these are great for slamming. NOT a medicine ball, NOT a wall ball. Not meant to bounce, and about the size of a volleyball.Mine came deflated, needed a ball pump needle to inflate as desired.I'm a beast, and I ordered 40 lbs. I was not able to do any of the exercises I planned on. In hindsight, 20 or 25 lbs. when you're doing repetitions of dynamic exercises is just plenty. Unless you already know what weight you need, go lighter than you think.

This slam ball is well balanced & is a perfect size.Not too big so you can't control it, but not so small that you can't use it for exercises that require you to lean or push off of it.It will lose air after time, but no issue. Just inflate with bike pump or air compressor.I got the 20lb size thinking it might be too light. But it kicks my butt!Great product that will give you an intense (and different) workout.

I've never been a person to work out, but have been in a 2 year journey to get healthy. A friend said that I should get one of these balls. I love this ball. I can balance it well doing my abs, use it as a slam ball, and use it to add weight doing my squats. It's very sturdy and comfortable to use. I think it's a great product for the price!

The rage fitness brand for slam balls are in my opinion by far the best. They are absolutely durable and stand up to alot of punishment during a workout especially for the slam exercise, in the cold weather outside. They also are the smallest in size as you scale up to the heavier ones of 40 pounds and up. The overall diameter of the ball only increases by about 1 inch per every ten pounds which is a big deal compared to other brands where the diameter can increase by five or six inches per every ten pounds. This forty pound rage fitness slam ball is literally half the size of another brand I recently bought and returned. I would definitely recommend and stick with this brand.

This thing is 50lbs of greatness. It's hard to believe they can get 50lbs in this size package, when I relate it to a 40lb bag of sand or water softener salt, but they do and it's incredible. Almost endless uses and durable as can be. Not to mention the price is absolutely incredible and this deal shouldn't be passed up. Get it!

This Rage ball is great to add into your workouts for a mixture of strength, cardio and plyometrics. I have several Rage balls, this one, unfortunately, broke after a few slams, however, I called customer service, and they were amazing. They sent a new one to replace it. Definitely recommend this brand as they are, usually, pretty sturdy and don't slip out of your sweaty hands during workouts.

This is a sturdy and durable product. Exactly what I was hoping for to offer versatility in my workouts. The only complaints are 1. That i was too cheap and didn't buy a heavier weight one. 2. The box it was delivered in was really beat up. Not necessarily the distributors fault as could have been done by transit company. I use it two to three times a week and no complaints or issues.

I really like having this to smash around :) It's so fun. The one annoying thing is about every 3 or 4 smashes, I have to refill the air inside the ball. If I don't, the air pushes out and all the sand gets hard and won't smash as nicely.Either I smash too hard for the ball or the ball cork has a weak seal.
